We ship to the 48 contiguous states only. We cannot ship to Alaska and Hawaii. Shipments are made within three business days from receipt of cleared payment. Shipping is by UPS or Federal Express.

All orders will have a tracking number, which will be emailed to the customer.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Return Policy
If your order is incomplete, incorrect, or damaged, please contact us via email . Please keep all of the original packaging.

After a return has been authorized, please return items via insured Federal Express, or UPS to the address given to you by our return department. A refund will be issued for the purchase price and any shipping cost charged to you to receive the product. The customer is responsible for paying any freight or shipping charges to return new and unused merchandise.

Returned items must be insured up to the price you paid for the item/s. Returned products must be in new and unused condition with original packaging and materials, and original box, including any manuals or other literature. Please include the Return Merchandise Authorization Number on the shipping label for your return.

Please keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in case the returned merchandise is lost or damaged. We are not liable for return merchandise that does not reach the return destination.

We will notify you via email of your refund once the returned item has been received and processed. We process returns within 3 business days after they are received. We ask that you please not "Charge Back" your card and instead allow us to issue a credit to your card account. This is a much simpler process and prevents misunderstandings a "cross" credits. Customers can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase, within 3 business days after we receive your return.

All refunds are processed to the original form of payment, therefore return authorization is provided to the original purchaser. In the case of gift item purchases, return authorization will be given for in-store credit only.
